working with paige

  • I specialize in event management as an implementation strategist, helping clients execute their vision with expert strategies. My focus is on guiding event hosts and coordinators through the complex planning and management processes. Whether it’s refining timelines, managing logistics, or ensuring smooth vendor communication, my expertise ensures every detail is seamlessly executed. I offer consulting services that provide clear, actionable steps, helping businesses and individuals achieve a successful, memorable event.

  • While I offer consulting on theme, décor, venue, and vendors, I don’t choose these elements for my clients. I work best with clients who have a clear vision for their event and need guidance to bring that vision to life. My role is not to make decisions on your behalf but to ensure your plans are executed strategically and efficiently, with expert advice on how to handle every aspect of the event management process.

  • I am passionate about helping people experience stress-free, successful events. By offering expert event consulting and implementation strategies, I empower my clients to focus on their goals while I take care of the details. Seeing the transformation from daunting tasks to a well-executed event is the reason I love this work. My goal is to make sure that every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations, leaving lasting memories for everyone involved.

The 3 types of event support

  • Event Consulting

Best for clients who seek expert advice to navigate the planning process, especially if the event or business has unique or complex requirements.

As an event consultant, I offer expertise and guidance throughout the planning process, partnering with clients to develop and refine their event vision. This often includes…

    - Assessing client needs and offering tailored advice

    - Helping to strategize and troubleshoot event-related challenges

    - Providing insights on industry best practices, trends, and resources

    - Offering a high-level view to ensure the event aligns with broader goals

    Yes- I do event consulting!

  • Event Coordination

Best for clients who have already planned their event but need someone to manage the details on the actual day.

In my event coordination package, my focus is primarily on the logistics, management, and execution of an event. In that role, I take on…

    - Overseeing the day-of event operations

    - Managing vendor relationships and ensuring everything runs smoothly

    - Coordinating timelines, setup, and breakdown

    - Acting as the main point of contact for all parties involved during the event

    Yes- I do event coordination!

  • Event Planning

Best for clients who want a hands-off experience and prefer to have someone manage every detail of the event.

A full service event planner takes on a more comprehensive role, handling all aspects of the event from start to finish. Their responsibilities typically involve…

    - Developing the overall event concept and vision

    - Creating and managing budgets

    - Selecting venues and vendors

    - Overseeing logistics, timelines, and all event details

    - Coordinating with clients throughout the entire planning process

No- I unfortunately do not do full event planning, but I offer consulting to get you through each stage of the process!

FAQs about event consulting

    1. Are you doing something that is outside of your business norms?

    2. Do you have a theme, location, and/or vendors in mind already?

    3. Are you limited on time, energy, or expertise?

If you answered “yes” to all three of the above questions- You and I should book a 20 minute discovery call! We can briefly chat about the services I provide, and create a custom package that fits within your budget and timeframe.

  • I understand that businesses go through phases, and that business owners are constantly deciphering budgets, time constraints, and their work-life balance.

If you are on the fence about whether or not you can afford my services, please reach out regardless. I’d love to collaborate and see what support I can provide while fitting within your budget.

  • My experience is extremely broad. I have done small- and mid-sized weddings (up to 175 guests), themed networking events for up to 225 guests, non-profit galas, fundraisers, corporate meetings/trainings, high-end dinners, wine tastings (including sensory experiences), concerts, wine club events, birthday parties, bridal showers, and baby showers, etc. The events I have managed have ranged from 5 guests up to 3,000.

  • Yes! I love being on site during events, especially ones that I’ve had a hand in creating. This is how I got started in the events world, actually, and I’d love to be on site on the day-of your event.

I offer day-of coordinating packages regardless of whether or not you’ve working with me in a consulting aspect.

  • I take a look at the larger details that you provide (current brand awareness, sales goals, product/service provided, client experience, etc.) and listen strategically to the creative ideas that you have. From there, I work with you during our consultations to weed out any ideas that will take away from the intended impact or don’t align with your brand’s intentions. We maximize the details that are stakeholders in your personal vision, and minimize the “clutter”.

  • My experience is a blend of a variety of events, structures, clients, and guests. Like most event professionals, I am non judgemental and focus on the goals of my client. However, my approach is always holistic in the sense that I provide logistics management that benefits every guest- neurotypical, neurodivergent, professional, casual, and everywhere in between.
