WHAT TYPE OF EVENT SUPPORT DO

YOU ACTUALLY NEED?

FAQS ABOUT EVENT CONSULTING

    1. Is one of your event goals to design a more inclusive space?

    2. Do you have a theme, location, and/or vendors in mind already?

    3. Do you need an expert to review your logistics and operational plan?

If you answered “yes” to all three of the above questions- You and I should book a 20 minute discovery call! We can briefly chat about the services I provide, and create a custom package that fits within your budget and timeframe.

  • I understand that businesses go through phases, and that business owners are constantly deciphering budgets, time constraints, and their work-life balance.

  • My experience is extremely broad. I have done small- and mid-sized weddings (up to 175 guests), themed networking events for up to 225 guests, non-profit galas, fundraisers, corporate meetings/trainings, high-end dinners, wine tastings (including sensory experiences), concerts, wine club events, birthday parties, bridal showers, and baby showers, etc. The events I have managed have ranged from 5 guests up to 3,000.

  • Yes! I love being on site during events, especially ones that I’ve had a hand in creating. This is how I got started in the events world, actually, and I’d love to be on site on the day-of your event.

I offer day-of coordinating packages regardless of whether or not you’ve working with me in a consulting aspect.

  • I take a look at the larger details that you provide (current brand awareness, sales goals, product/service provided, client experience, etc.) and listen strategically to the creative ideas that you have. From there, I work with you during our consultations to weed out any ideas that will take away from the intended impact or don’t align with your brand’s intentions. We maximize the details that are stakeholders in your personal vision, and minimize the “clutter”.

  • My experience is a blend of a variety of events, structures, clients, and guests. Like most event professionals, I am non judgemental and focus on the goals of my client. However, my approach is always holistic in the sense that I provide logistics management that benefits every guest- neurotypical, neurodivergent, professional, casual, and everywhere in between.
