Non-profits may be eligible for a discount of 15% on services, depending on the scale and complexity of your event. For Intimate Events (Under 30 Guests)
For smaller, more intimate events, I offer a tiered discount based on the level of service required:
5% Discount: For corporate or private events with full-service needs but fewer logistics.
10% Discount: Ideal for gatherings requiring partial support with moderate setup and vendor management.
15% Discount: Suited for simple or DIY events where you only need strategic planning and guidance.

Final Steps Coaching, where we work together on developing a comprehensive “Run of Show” and Day-of Timeline, along with a guest management strategy.
You’ll receive an editable Master Planning Document to centralize key details like timelines, vendor contacts, guest preferences, and vital event notes.
Client Action Items & Email Summaries
Email Follow-ups: After each meeting, you will receive a structured email summarizing key action points, next steps, and timelines, ensuring that all tasks stay on track.
Day-Of Coordination
On the day of your event, I will act as the Primary Point of Contact, managing vendor communication and overseeing the flow of events, allowing you to pivot your focus to the purpose of the event.
Vendor Oversight and Timeline Execution, including complete supervision of vendor setup, timeline adherence, and on-site logistics.
While I will not be responsible for physical setup or tear down, I offer Setup and Teardown Consulting to guide you on streamlining these processes and coordinating with on-site staff.
Vendor Communication and Coordination
Vendor Support, including insight and guidance on vendor selection, assistance with contract reviews, and help strategizing coordination leading up to your event.
On the day-of your event, I will act as your Day-Of Liaison, handling vendor inquiries and coordinating details to reduce stress and enhance your event experience.
