HI. I’M PAIGE.
HI. I’M PAIGE.
A QUICK NOTE…
I’ll admit it—writing an “About Me” page feels like a cosmic dare to forget who I am. But in the moments when I’m not awkwardly introducing myself on a website, I’m a real human with a life outside of the work that pays the bills. So let’s skip the weird handshake and dive in.
THE PROFESSIONAL ME.
My career in event management started, quite literally, by accident.
I tagged along with my husband to a wedding where he was in the groom’s party, expecting nothing more than a day of scenic views and maybe helping with some decorations. What I got instead was a crash course in wedding coordination when I discovered the couple had misunderstood their venue contract. They thought they’d booked a day-of coordinator—what they got was an unlocked door.
It could have been a disaster, but I stepped in. I coordinated vendors, solved logistical issues, got the wedding party down the aisle, and made it all look effortless. By the end of the night, the DJ came up to me and said, “You’re the best coordinator I’ve ever seen. Can I have your business card?”
It was my first day.
Since then, I’ve gone from that first impromptu wedding to a career spanning nearly 14 years, over 300 events, and expertise that extends far beyond the basics of coordination. I’ve worked with weddings, corporate events, nonprofits, religious organizations, and beyond. Whether it’s managing vendors, creating seamless timelines, or training volunteers, I specialize in solving problems before they happen and ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
By 16, I was a published writer and had started speaking at events.
At 18, I was the youngest manager at my job, leading small scale events, and teaching private flute and voice lessons to students.
At 19, I coordinated conferences and developed training materials while becoming suicide-prevention certified.
By 23, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership while mentoring young women in business.
At 27, I had launched an initiative to help students access gently used, professional clothing at little to no cost, while supporting an on-campus initiative to combat food insecurity at my alma mater.
By 28, I had launched a podcast with listeners in 14 countries and coordinated events with up to 2,500 guests.
Now, I get the pleasure of using all that experience to help businesses and individuals create memorable, meaningful events. I’m not here to take over your vision—I’m here to help you make it happen without the stress.
THE REST OF ME.
Outside of events, I’m just as human as anyone else. I’ve made dry shampoo out of arrowroot powder and cocoa powder and then walked out in the rain and instantly smelled like a brownie. My wardrobe is 90% black, and if you ask me to get a spontaneous tattoo, the answer is probably yes.
I live in Oregon with my husband of 10 years, our wild 4-year-old, a rescued pit bull who thinks she’s a lapdog, and a sassy black cat who runs the household.
When I’m not managing events, I love hiking, sitting by a fire pit, or sharing stories with the people who inspire me. I thrive on connection. So please, please, please —show me your vacation photos, tell me about the kitten you’re fostering, or brag about your garden renovation.
Events aren’t just logistics and timelines—they’re about people, and I’m here to make sure that you get to be present for the moments that matter. Let’s create something unforgettable together.
